About the Role

In this client-facing position, you will handle service and relationship management responsibilities. You will be the main point of contact for all client lifecycle tasks and inquiries, managing these processes for your investment management team while ensuring high-quality client service.

This position offers the chance to provide valuable support to the Senior Investment Director and other key stakeholders during a period of significant change and transformation at Rathbones. You will have the autonomy to make this role your own and access opportunities for career advancement within the organisation’s established career pathways.

What you’ll be responsible for:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and business stakeholders, utilising knowledge of the business and client requirements to deliver the desired client outcomes.
  • Manage the client lifecycle administration process to ensure a timely and efficient client experience.
  • Take ownership and accountability for all client administration tasks.
  • Act as the main liaison between the client, investment team, operations and other key stakeholders and ensure all parties are kept informed.
  • Ensure all client lifecycle processes are followed and adhered to in accordance with the Operating Model.
