About the Role
In this role you will create tailored marketing strategies to engage professional Business Owners. The role focuses on increasing brand awareness and engagement through thought leadership, networking, and cross‑sell opportunities, ensuring alignment with business goals. You will own the end‑to‑end marketing plans to ensure optimal delivery. We’re a collaborative, supportive team and you’ll be joining us at a pivotal moment in our growth which will allow you to make a real impact. What you’ll be responsible for:
- Developing and executing targeted marketing strategies that effectively engage and attract Business Owners.
- Craft bespoke content and campaigns that address the unique financial needs and aspirations of Business Owners.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including distribution and product teams, to ensure that marketing efforts align with the business goals and resonate with this high‑value segment.
- Increase brand awareness and engagement among the Business Owners communities through thought leadership, networking, and multi‑channel marketing initiatives.
- Build and maintain strong pipelines of high‑quality leads from these professional sectors through relationship‑building, lead nurturing, and tailored marketing.
- Continuously optimise marketing campaigns based on data analytics, market research, and feedback from clients and partners.
- Enhance cross‑sell and upsell opportunities by identifying relevant services and solutions that align with the needs of these professional audiences.

About you
