About the Role
To support the delivery of consistent and high-quality Front of House services which includes the provision of face-to-face client visits, switchboard services, colleague queries, and co-ordination of room bookings for the Bristol office.
What you’ll be responsible for:
- The face and voice of the company, provide service excellence to all clients.
- Deliver a professional, efficient switchboard service.
- Meet and greet guests on arrival.
- Liaise with clients and investment managers to create a seamless service.
- Process room bookings for the office using Condeco.
- Provide catering to clients as per request, ensuring standards are met.
- Assist with clear downs in meeting rooms and general presentation of client areas.
- Ensure cleanliness standards are met in the client kitchen and stock is replenished.
- Support office service processing and collection of post.
- Communicate with all departments across the group.
- Highlight any issues concerning Teams / Touchpoint which could impact client services.
- Responsible for continuing one’s own professional development.

- Time management, ensure all scheduled meetings are fully pre-prepared before the client's arrival.
