About the Role
In this role you will be responsible for supporting the delivery and administration of employee benefits programs. This includes responding to employee queries, ensuring accurate reporting to benefits providers and payroll, and maintaining high standards of data integrity and compliance. This role is part-time and can be flexible within reason on the number of hours per week. Monday-Friday with short days is preferred.
What you’ll be responsible for:
- Act as the first point of contact for employee queries related to benefits.
- Provide clear and timely responses, ensuring excellent customer service.
- Collate and validate monthly data for benefits providers.
- Prepare and share accurate reports with providers and payroll teams for processing.
- Maintain up-to-date records of employee benefit selections and changes.
- Generate monthly and ad-hoc reports for internal stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant legislation.
- Support audits and data checks as required.
- Identify opportunities to streamline benefits administration processes.
- Assist in implementing system or process enhancements.
About you
