RateGain is seeking dynamic and results-oriented Partner-Sales for its EMEA team. You will be responsible for driving new client leads, nurturing & growing relationships with existing clients, and owning & managing a portfolio of accounts. You will leverage your deep knowledge of the AdTech industry and the programmatic advertising landscape, along with bringing a strong network of senior-level client and agency contacts (travel preferred), to achieve and exceed sales targets.
The ideal candidate will have experience in AdTech and data, with a proven track record of closing high-value deals and growing strategic enterprise partnerships.
- Identify, prospect, and close new business opportunities with brands and agencies.
- Client Relationship Management: Own and grow a portfolio of accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and long-term success.
- Sales Execution: Lead all stages of the sales process, from lead generation and pitching to contract negotiation and closing.
- Travel: Regular travel to client meetings, industry events, and conferences, as required, to maintain and build relationships.
Education & Work Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 6+ years of experience in AdTech or programmatic sales with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
- Strong portfolio of senior-level client and agency relationships, travel vertical preferred.
- Solid background in strategic B2B sales, particularly in programmatic environments.
- Deep understanding of programmatic advertising, including DSPs, SSPs, and data-driven advertising solutions.
- Experience working with major media agencies or large brands.
- Solid understanding of 1st Party Data and Data monetization.
- Ability to develop and grow strategic partnerships, expanding account revenue through upselling and cross-selling.
- Detail-oriented and committed to high-quality, accurate outputs.
- Organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and timelines effectively.
- Adaptable and flexible in handling changing priorities and fast-paced environments.
