The Opportunity
We are looking for a visionary and commercially driven Vice President – Sales to lead RateGain’s expansion across Europe. This is a high-impact, strategic leadership role focused on scaling revenue, deepening relationships with key Online Travel Agencies (OTAs), and unlocking new growth opportunities across the region. You will play a pivotal role in shaping RateGain’s next chapter of growth in Europe, working closely with global leadership while owning the regional commercial strategy end-to-end.

Who You Are
- 14+ years of experience in enterprise sales, preferably within travel technology / OTA ecosystem
- Proven track record of closing large, strategic deals and scaling regional revenue
- Deep understanding of OTA dynamics, distribution models, and revenue optimization
- Experience selling SaaS, data platforms, or AI-driven solutions
- Strong network and credibility within the European travel and hospitality landscape
- A strategic thinker with an operator mindset —equally comfortable in boardrooms and deal rooms
- Exceptional stakeholder management and executive presence
