The Opportunity

We are looking for a visionary and commercially driven Vice President – Sales to lead RateGain’s expansion across Europe. This is a high-impact, strategic leadership role focused on scaling revenue, deepening relationships with key Online Travel Agencies (OTAs), and unlocking new growth opportunities across the region. You will play a pivotal role in shaping RateGain’s next chapter of growth in Europe, working closely with global leadership while owning the regional commercial strategy end-to-end.

What You Will Own

  • Strategic Revenue Leadership
    • Own and deliver ambitious revenue targets across Europe
    • Drive sustainable, high-quality growth within the OTA and travel tech ecosystem
    • Lead complex, high-value enterprise deals with long sales cycles
  • Ecosystem & Partnership Expansion
    • Build and strengthen C-level relationships with leading OTAs and travel brands
    • Identify and unlock new partnership opportunities across the travel value chain
    • Position RateGain as a strategic partner, not just a solution provider
  • Solution-Led Selling Across Core Platforms
    • Drive adoption and growth across RateGain’s key offerings: Competitive Intelligence & Rate Shopping solutions for OTAs, Enterprise Connectivity & Smart Distribution platforms, AI-native products transforming travel decision-making and automation
  • Market Development & GTM Strategy
    • Define and execute region-specific go-to-market strategies
    • Expand RateGain’s footprint in existing and emerging European markets
    • Leverage market insights to influence product innovation and positioning
  • Leadership & Cross-Functional Influence
    • Act as a key member of the global commercial leadership team
    • Collaborate closely with product, marketing, and customer success teams
    • Build, mentor, and inspire high-performing sales talent as the region scales

Who You Are

  • 14+ years of experience in enterprise sales, preferably within travel technology / OTA ecosystem
  • Proven track record of closing large, strategic deals and scaling regional revenue
  • Deep understanding of OTA dynamics, distribution models, and revenue optimization
  • Experience selling SaaS, data platforms, or AI-driven solutions
  • Strong network and credibility within the European travel and hospitality landscape
  • A strategic thinker with an operator mindset — equally comfortable in boardrooms and deal rooms
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and executive presence
