- Toensureperformancemonitoringsystemsareinplace,andinformationisaccurateandeffective,andinaccordancewithfinancialregulations.
- Usingowninitiative,proactivelymanageworkordersusingITsystemsensuringthatvariationsandcomplexordersaremanagedandcoordinatedandaccuraterecordsareinplacetomonitorthroughtocompletion.
- Tooperatecustomersatisfactionsurveysandcommunicatewithcustomerstodiscussandresolverepairsissuesandtoescalatetheseissuestotherelevantmanagersasrequired.
- Toreceiveandresolveallcallsfromoperativesincludingvariationrequests,noaccessreports,requestsforadditionaljobs,etc.
- Toanswerclientandcustomerqueries-providingrepairsknowledgeandguidancetoassisttheminresolvingissues.
- Toensurethatthedynamicappointmentschedulingsystemdatabaseisaccuratelymaintainedandmanaged-observinggoodsystemhousekeeping,usermaintenance,andbestpracticeatalltimes.
- Toprepareofrecords,statisticsandcommunicationsdocumentasrequiredandrespondtowrittenandverbalicasework,complaintsandstatutoryenquiresasrequiredinatimelymanner,inordertoresolveissueseffectivelyandspeedily.
- Tomonitorandreportonoperativeperformanceintermsofmissed
appointments,customersatisfactionlevels,etc.andtoescalateissuestotherelevantmanager. Planner
- Tomaintainacomprehensiveanduptodateknowledgeofallrelevantlegislation,proceduresandbestpracticefortheservicearea.
- Toliaisewithinternalandexternalstaffandagenciestoensurehighstandardsofservicedelivery.
- Toensurestaffing,training,financialandotheroperationaladministrativeinformationandrecordsaremaintained(bothmanuallyandoncomputer),andthatinformationusedandprovidedbySBSisaccurateandappropriatelyfiled/stored. xgikmsk
