PrincipalAccountabilitiesStreetCleaner
ToundertakecleaningdutiesspecifiedbelowinthefollowingareasoftheCouncilsestatesandhighways:
Corridors,utilityrooms,balconiesandpedways,entrancesandlobbies,refusestores,lifts/stairsandlandings,storerooms,externalareasandotherareasandaccommodationthatmightexist.
2.Cleaningdutiesusingappropriateequipmentandmaterials,toinclude:
Sweepingofhardfloorsandwalkways,dampandwetmoppingofhardfloorsandwalkways.
Sweepingofexternalarease.g.pathways/pavement/channelsandcourtyards.
Scrubbingofinternalandexternalhardfloors,walkwaysandotherareasasmightbedirected.
Wallwash,highcleaningofwalls,associatedfurniture,fixtures,fittingsandinternalwindowcleaning.
Collectionandremovalofbulk/baggedrefusefromallareasontheestate.
Emptyingofexternallitterbinsandrotationofpaladinrefusestores.
Litterpicking/leafclearing/snowclearing.
Cleaningofmajorspillage,soilageandotherdeposits.
3.Toattendtrainingsessionsorganisedbysupervisorystaff,tousenewequipmentaftertrainingandtocarryoutnewmethodsorproceduresasandwhendirected.
4.TofollowallproceduresrelevanttomaintainingthesecurityofCouncil
propertyasdirected.
