Duties: Complaint Service Improvement Officer 1)Responsiblefortheanalysis, allocation, administrationandcollationofallrepresentationsintheformofcomplaints, correspondence, MPand Memberenquiriesincluding Ombudsmanenquiries, onbehalfofthe Directorateand Departmental Management Team(DMT).
