Supportinginternaldepartmentsontheannualreviewandchallengeofoperationalassetsrequirements,ensuringtheportfolioisfitforpurposeandmeetsservicedeliveryneeds,seekingtoreducerevenueexpenditurewherefeasible. CharteredSurveyorTogetherwiththeseniorPropertyleadershipteamFosteramodelofabusinesspartneringapproachtopropertymanagementwithinternaldepartmentswithintheauthority. WorkingalongsidetheHeadofProperty,EconomicDevelopment&RegenerationtoensureassetvaluationsarecarriedoutinaccordancewithCIPFAguidance.
Contributetotheimplementationofbusinessimprovementsandidentificationoffurtheropportunitiestoimprovetheefficiencyoftheservice.
