Job

Purpose: Programme Management Business Partner The Local Government and Elections (Wales) Act 2021 provides for new Corporate Joint Committees (CJCs) as a mechanism for regional collaboration and a new form of regional economic governance.

This system of regional planning and investment provides for a more consistent and democratically legitimate framework, into which, CCR is currently integrating a range of extant regional growth programmes such as its City Deal.

In the CJC Corporate Entity ? maintaining high-order development and delivery capability focussed on good and inclusive regional growth remains a critical priority.

Business Growth in the region, working with Innovation will play a critical role.

The Programme Management Business Partner will play a key role in turning strategy into successful programmes, working collaboratively to create lasting benefits for businesses, communities, and the wider economy.

Leading the planning, development, mobilisation and delivery of high-value programmes, the Programme Management Business Partner will provide strategic direction while maintaining a strong focus on delivery and benefits realisation.
