Compliance Manager Thepostholder'sprimaryresponsibilitywillbeundertakingsiteinspectionstoensurethe Councilisdischargingitsstatutorycomplianceduties, identifyinganyareaswhereitisnotandrectifyingthesewithourthirdpartycontractors, aswellasmanagingcontractorstoundertakeanyremedialactionrequired, andthenupdatingthecompliancetrackeraccordingly.
Thepostholderwillalsobeinvolvedinreviewingcompliancecertificatesfromcontractorsandidentifyingandactioninganyremedialsrequired.
Thepostholdermusthaveexceptionalattentiontodetail, comprehensiveknowledgeofpropertyrelatedstatutorycomplianceobligations, asuitablelevelofbuildingpathologyand M&Esystemknowledgetoenablethepostholdertoidentifywhatcomplianceworksarerequiredandrelevanttoeachspecificproperty, aswellasprojectmanagementskillstoensurecontractorskeepontopofworkidentifiedasbeingrequired.
Compliance Manager Thispostwillformpartofaspecialistprojectteam, andworkintandemwiththe Councilspermanent Compliance Teamwhoensuretheongoingcyclicaltesting, documentation, anddaytodayoperationsaredischarged.
