- Leadtheongoingdevelopment,optimisationandsupportoftheICONICRMsystemandotherbusinesssystems.
- Supporttheimplementation,integrationandembeddingofnewdigitalsystemsandplatforms.
- Leaduseracceptancetesting,implementationplanningandbusinessreadinessactivitiesofnewsystems
- Managesystemenhancements,testing,troubleshootingandcontinuousimprovementactivities.
- Developandimprovereporting,dashboardsandmanagementinformationsolutionsalongsidethePerformanceandBusinessManager
- Research,evaluateandimplementnewtechnologiesanddigitalsolutionstoenhanceservicedeliveryandefficiency.
- Supportprocurement,implementationandroll-outofnewsystemsandsoftwaretofutureprooftheservice.
- Providespecialistsystemssupportandtrainingtostaffandmanagers.
- Promoteeffectiveuseandadoptionofdigitalsystemsandtools.

EssentialKnowledge,Skills&ExperienceICTSpecialist
- AtleastHNDinaComputerrelatedDisciplineoraGraduateofanynumeratesubjectisessentialsuchasInformationTechnology,computerScience,DigitalServices,BusinessInformationSystems.
- Adegreeincomputerrelateddisciplineorassociatedcourse/professionalqualificationisdesirable.
- ExperienceleadingICTsystemimplementation,digitaltransformationprojects,requirementgathering,businessprocessredesign.
