The Additional Learning Needs (ALN) Team carries out statutory duties as set out in the ALN Code for Wales. We work closely with families, schools/settings and a range of professional agencies to support children with ALN. We are looking for a confident and well-organised Administrator to join our team and help ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
In this role, you will:
- Use our database systems to check, update and record pupil information with a high level of accuracy.
- Produce and issue correspondence, letters, and documentation accurately and within agreed timescales.
- Co-ordinate meetings and help the team keep on track with key deadlines.
- Handle telephone enquiries and provide excellent customer service.
- Carry out a range of general office and administrative duties.
We are seeking someone who is confident, customer-focused and able to work independently while contributing to a supportive team. Strong communication skills, excellent attention to detail and confidence using IT systems are essential.
