ResponsibilitiesPlumbingandHeatingEngineer
- Install,repair,andmaintainplumbingfixtures,pipingsystems,boilers,radiators,andotherheatingequipmentwithprecisionandcare
- Conductroutineinspectionstoidentifyissuesearlyandperformnecessaryrepairspromptly
- Usehandtools,powertools,weldingequipment,andcarpentryskillstoassembleormodifyplumbingandheatingcomponentsasneeded
- Performheavyliftingofmaterialsandequipmentsafelytofacilitateinstallationsorrepairs
- Applymechanicalknowledgetotroubleshootcomplexsystemproblemsefficiently
- Maintaindetailedrecordsofworkperformed,partsused,andsystemconditionsforeachproject
- Operatecommercialvehiclesresponsiblyfortransportingtools,materials,orequipmenttovariousjobsites
- Followsafetyprotocolsdiligentlytoensureasecureworkingenvironmentforyourselfandcolleagues
QualificationsPlumbingandHeatingEngineer
- Provenexperienceinplumbing,heatingsystemsinstallation,ormaintenancewithastrongmechanicalaptitude
- Skilledinwelding,useofhandtools,powertools,andcarpentrytechniques
- Knowledgeofplumbingcodes,safetystandards,andbestpracticesinsysteminstallationandrepair
- Abilitytoperformbasicmathcalculationsformeasurementsandsystemspecifications
- Physicalcapabilityforheavyliftingandworkinginconfinedorelevatedspaces
- Validcommercialdriverslicense(CDL)orabilitytoobtainoneispreferred
- Strongproblem-solvingskillswithattentiontodetailindiagnosingissuesquickly
- Priorexperiencewithassemblyworkormechanicalprojectsisadvantageous
