LiaisewiththeVoidCoordinatorsinarranginghouseandgardenclearances,asbestossurveysandtestreports.Arrangepest,gasandheatingworksdeliveredbythein-houseteam,andwheretheDLOisundertakingthework,arrangeforthein-houseelectricalteamtoattend. Whereappropriate,raisetheAsbestosRemovalSORcodesonNECNorthgateandissueorderstoremoveasbestosperCouncilpolicy.LiaisewiththeVoidCoordinatorswhooverseetheprogressionofworksandproviderelevantcompletiondocumentation. Ensuretheprovisionofallrelevantreportstocontractorsandin-houseteams. SpecifyandcodeupworksusingtheNHFScheduleofRates(contractors)orthebespokeBirchmereSORs(DLO)dependingontheworkstreamdeliveringworks,enteringthecodesontoNECNorthgateandissuingorders. Ensurehighlevelsofproductivity,qualityandvalueformoneyareachievedfrominhouse,voidandspecialistcontractordeliveryteamsthroughregularmonitoringandmanagement. Superviserepairs,voids,andspecialistcontractors,ensuringthatallDLOandcontractoroperativesworkefficientlyandproductivelyinlinewithallrelevanthealthandsafetyregulations. Completeon-sitehealthandsafetyauditsandidentifyandaddresscorrectiveactionswiththecontractororDLOteam.Escalateconcernstotherelevantmanagertoagreeonanactionplanwherenecessary.RecordinspectionsontheappropriatedocumentationandprovidethemtotheVoidsRepairsManagerorAssistantVoidsRepairsManagerasappropriateforrecordingandanalysis.
