Main Purpose of the job: Transformation Programme Manager Review and critique our evidence base against the 4 existing Consumer Standards, identifying gaps and weaknesses and identifying tasks for delivery of full compliance.
Report to DMT on progress towards inspection readiness and advise Heads of Service on the completion of reports to the standard required.
Review the evidence being developed for compliance with the Competence and Conduct Standard and assist with determining and driving the workplan for full compliance.
Support self-assessment against the Standards, taking place over summer 2026, bringing analytical and critical friend perspective to objectively assessing our compliance and inspection rating level.
Assist with coaching Heads of Service to present to inspectors and articulate the Lewisham landlord story.
Rate the robustness of all evidence against the Standards and advise on where additional audit or external review is required in order to gain assurance.
Translate experience gained in previous inspection into Lewisham in order to optimise our evidence base, present a consistent and coherent narrative and present effectively to inspectors.
