KEYRESPONSIBILITIESTeacherofDeafchildren
-Specialistassessment,planning,teaching,advisingandreporting,forpupilswithdeaf/hearingneeds;usingtheSpecialistDeafCurriculum.
-Understandingandsupportingthesocial,emotionalandeducationalneedsofdeaf/hardofhearingchildren/youngpeople.
-Buildingandmaintainingpositiverelationshipswithchildren/youngpeople,familiesandprofessionals.
-Deliveringprogrammesoflearningforindividualsandgroups,includingdeafawarenesstrainingforstaffandsupportforfamilies.
-Maintainingaccuraterecordsandcompletingreports;usingtechnologyeffectivelyforworkincludingMicrosoft365applications.
-ContributingtoEHCPneedsassessments,reviewsandreportswithinagreedtimeframes/deadlines.
-Monitoring,supportingandmaintainingaudiologicalequipment;liaisingwithaudiologyprofessionals. xiskglj
