Cutandmaintainlawnsandgrassareastoavarietyoffinishes(finetoroughmeadowtype)usingavarietyofmachines,includingpedestrianoperated,tractors&ride-onmowers,strimmersandbrushcutters,andincludingfertilizerandpesticideapplication. Useandoperateavarietyoftools,machinery,andequipment,inaccordancewithGroupandmanufacturersguidelines,inordertofulfilduties. Planandexecutesmallscalelandscapingoperations,asdirected,toenhancetheappearanceofourcommunalgrounds. Removeleaves,mossandsnowasrequired,andapplysalt/gritasdirected. Respondpromptlytoactsofvandalism,includinggraffiti,andreportallincidentstotheneighbourhoodhub. Onthejobsupervisionandcoachingofapprentices/traineesfromtimetotimeasdirected Reportanyrepairsordefectsincommunalareastomaintenancedepartment/linemanagerandfollowupactionsasrequired. Reportsuspectedbreachesofthetenancyagreement/leasetotheHousingServicesManagere.g.,anti-socialbehaviour,subletting,rubbishdumping,itemsleftincommunalareasetc. Providecoverintheabsenceofothercolleagues. Beapointofcontactforresidents,assistwherepossibleorreferenquiriestocolleagues.
