The Multi Trader will need to be experienced and confident in:
- Timber joinery repairs, including resin and splice repairs to existing windows and doors.
- Preparation and external painting/decorating to a good standard.
- General cyclical maintenance works.
- Working safely at height from independent scaffolding.
- Working independently while maintaining good quality and productivity.
Full PPE (hard hat, hi-vis, safety boots and gloves) required.
Able to start ASAP.
