Responsibilities Interim Pay&Reward Officer Supportthedeliveryofthe Councilspay, rewardandjobevaluationprocessesworkingunderthedirectionofthe Payand Reward Specialist.
Undertakejobevaluationassessmentsandpreparesupportingdocumentation.
Provideadviceandguidancetomanagersand HRcolleaguesonpayandgradingmatters.
Assistwithorganisationalchangeandrestructuringactivitythroughjobevaluationandgradingsupport.
Supportthepreparationofreports, papersandrecommendationsrelatingtopayandrewardmatters.
