Supervision/Management: Development&RegenerationSurveyor Fullandongoingresponsibilityforthesupervisionofatleasttwomembersofstaff. Thisincludestherecruitmentandselectionofstaff,allocatinganddirectingwork,performancemanagement,identifyingtrainingneedsandrespondingtoanymattersrelatingtosicknessabsenceorconduct. Contributetothementoringanddevelopmentofjuniorstaff,graduatesortraineeswhererequired.
