Carryoutinspectionsandidentifyremedialworkrequirementsfollowingactsofvandalism,fireorstormdamageorotherinsurancerelatedclaims. Carryoutconditionsurveysandpreparereportsandestimatesinassessmentofplannedmaintenancerequirementsandworksprioritisation. Carryoutdilapidationsurveysandpreparereportsandestimatesatthecommencementorterminationofleasingarrangements. Carryoutsurveysand,inconjunctionwiththeFireOfficer,preparereportsandestimatesinconnectionwithfireriskassessments. ProvidetechnicalsupportandadvicetoelectedMembers,seniorofficersandpartners,asappropriate.
