We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Laser Welder to join our dynamic manufacturing team. In this role, you will operate advanced laser welding equipment to precisely join metal components, ensuring high-quality craftsmanship and adherence to safety standards. Your expertise in welding techniques, mechanical understanding, and fabrication processes will be vital in producing durable, accurate, and aesthetically pleasing products. Responsibilities:

  • Set up and operate laser welding machinery with precision, following technical specifications and safety protocols.
  • Prepare materials by measuring, cutting, and positioning sheet metal or components using hand tools and power tools.
  • Perform TIG welding and other related welding techniques as required for various fabrication tasks.
  • Inspect finished welds for quality, consistency, and structural integrity using visual inspection and measurement tools.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring all equipment is properly calibrated and maintained.
  • Collaborate with team members on assembly processes, ensuring seamless integration of welded parts into larger assemblies.
  • Follow detailed work instructions and documentation procedures to track production progress and quality standards.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in laser welding, TIG welding, or similar precision welding techniques.
  • Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
