ToprovideaonetooneadvocacyandsupportedemploymentservicetoConnecttoWorkparticipantswhoareexperiencingsignificantbarrierstoemploymentwhichcaninclude: Homelessness,victimsofabuse,severementalhealthconditionsoradditionallearningneeds.
Tohaveindividualresponsibilityformentoringamonitoredcaseloadofparticipants,actingasanadvocateforeachindividualandbeinganintegralpartofamulti-disciplinaryteamtosupporttheindividualswiththeirgoalsbothpersonalandprofessional.
ToadheretothestrictfidelityandqualityassurancerequirementsoftheSupportedEmploymentQualityFramework(SEQF)modelofsupportedemployment,ensuringparticipantshaveastructuredandmonitoredpathwaywhilstonprogramme.
