MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Environmental Health Officer Efficiently and proactively manage a case load of complex cases, this will include service of notices and robust enforcement decisions.

Attend tribunal when notices are appealed Respond to service requests concerning environmental health housing, following service policy and procedures to achieve an appropriate outcome.

Investigation of service requests and use of appropriate enforcement action in line with the departmental enforcement policy and other relevant guidance.

Prepare appropriate specifications, reports, notices, schedules and other related documentation and serve CPN's for failure to comply with notices where appropriate.

Ensure appropriate and timely responses to all correspondence, complaints and enquiries from the service users, stakeholders, senior officers within agreed timescales and in line with Camden's Customer Care Standards.

Knowledge of Flare/Civica app is an advantage WORK Environmental Health Officer Although office-based, the role will involve lone working in a diverse range of environments, which can be potentially hazardous or sensitive in nature.
