Operateallpayrollcontrolaccountsandsystems(suchasnetpayandpension)toensurecompletenessandaccuracyoftransactionsandrecordssoastomeet NCHAGroup'sobligationstocolleagues, employerandexternalbodies.

Ensurethatallrecordsrelatingtothesectionareaccurateandup-to-dateandallappropriatecontrolaccountsarereconciledonaregularbasis; takingcorrectiveactionwherenecessary.

Extractandanalysedatafromboththefinancialandpayrollsystems, draftreturnsandvariousreportswhererequired.

Assistinperiodandyearendpayrollclosedownprocedures; producingtherelevantinternalandexternaldocumentationtorequireddeadlines.

Contributetosystemandoperationaldevelopmentincludingproceduremanuals.

Identifywherecorrectiveactionisrequired; liaisingwithinternalandexternalstakeholderstorecommendcorrectiveaction.

Answercomplexpayrollrelatedquerieswithinagreedtimelimits; ensuringconfidentialityofinformationatalltimesaccordingto Data Protection Act.

Assistintheproductionofstatutoryandfinancialaccountsandreportsof NCHAGroup; assistinginternalandexternalauditorsasrequired.

Provideinputtoprocessesforbusinesstransformationintheprovisionoffinancialmanagementservicestothe NCHAGroup.
