MAINDUTIESBuildingMaintenanceOfficer
- Asdirectedundertakeplannedmaintenancealongwithrevenueandminorcapitalworkprojects.Identifyandunderstandschemerequirementsanddevelopadesignbrief.Carryoutsurveysand,interpretingtherequirementsoftheclient,developeffective,imaginativeandinnovativesolutionstomeettheschemesrequirementsinacost-effectivemanner.
- Withinoverallproceduralframeworkdevelopandmaintainsystemsandprocedurestomanageriskandfinancialresourceseffectively.Manageprojectdeliveryandensurethattheindividualschemeobjectivesaremet.
- EnsurethatdesignworkiscarriedoutincompliancewithConstructionDesignandManagement(CDM)legislation.
- ,prepareestimatesandprovideadvicetoclients,preparespecificationanddrawingsasnecessary,seektender/quotationsandmanagedeliveryofthenecessaryworks.
