Theywillalsocarryoutroutinevisitstothe Sheltered Housingschemesintheabsenceofthe Scheme Manager.
Toacceptandrecordincidentsandappointmentsdigitallywithahighlevelofaccuracyanddetail.
Tocarryoutvisitstocustomershomesintheeventofdefectivedispersedalarmequipmentneedingattention.
Toreceivenoticeanddetailsofalarmcallsviaamobiletelephoneandtwowayradioanddrivetothehomeofthepersonandprovideanypracticalhelp, orsupportthatisrequiredandinformthe Control Centreofthecircumstancesand Ifduringthecourseofavisittoacustomer, the Mobile Responderdiscoversanemergencysituationtheywillnotifythe Control Centreimmediatelysothattheappropriateemergencyservicecanbecalled.
The Mobile Responderwillnotbeexpectedtointerveneinanemergencyorthreatwherethisinterventionwouldposeathreattotheirownsecurity.
Willberequiredtoliaisewithemergencyservicesinordertoadvisethemonentrytopremises, nextofkin, oranyotherappropriateinformationonthesystemuserwhichisavailable.
