Send Case Officer Provide administrative and casework support to SEND Case Officers managing Education, Health and Care (EHC) assessment and review processes.
- Send Case Officer Coordinate statutory SEND processes, ensuring all activities are completed within legislative timescales.
- Send Case Officer Assist in processing requests for Education, Health and Care Needs Assessments.
- Support the preparation, drafting, and issuing of Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs) and associated documentation.
- Monitor statutory deadlines and maintain accurate case records using the council's case management systems.
- Send Case Officer Liaise with parents, carers, schools, educational settings, health professionals, social care teams, and partner agencies to gather information required for assessments and reviews.
