Summary SEND Reform Project Manager This project manager role will be central to the delivery of SEND Reform projects, with a focus on Somerset's Experts at Hand (EAH) model across education settings for children and young people aged 0-25, supporting the wider SEND Improvement Programme and SEND Reform Plan. Manage programme plans, risks, milestones and governance reporting. Build strong relationships with education settings, health partners and SEND stakeholders.
