Key Skills & Experience Required Intelligence & Impact Analyst
- Proven experience working with service managers and stakeholders to gather, document and translate business requirements into analytical solutions and reporting products.
- Advanced Power BI skills, including automation, data modelling, dashboard development, report design and the presentation of complex information in a clear, actionable format.
- Experience designing and implementing automated processes using Microsoft Power Platform tools, particularly Power Automate, to streamline data collection, file transfers and reporting workflows.
- Demonstrable experience analysing large and complex datasets, identifying trends and producing insight that supports service improvement, performance management and decision-making.
- Strong communication and project delivery skills, with the ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities and collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical colleagues.

We are seeking an experienced Intelligence & Impact Analyst to work with stakeholders across the organisation to develop Power BI dashboards, automate reporting processes using Power Automate, improve data flows and deliver actionable insight that supports service improvement and evidence-based decision making. SQL and Python experience an advantage as these data tools are being introduced to the role.
