Technical Licensing Officer We have an exciting opportunity for 5x Technical Licensing Officers to join our Property Licensing Team.
This is a career-graded role offering development and progression, giving you the chance to make a real difference in improving the lives of residents across Hackney.
Reporting to the Principal Licensing Officer, you will support the delivery of Hackney’s property licensing schemes through accurate casework, technical assessment and high-quality customer service.
You will work closely with residents, landlords, agents and internal teams to ensure properties are properly licensed and compliant with legislation.
Technical Licensing Officer Progression from Sc6 to SO1 will be based on demonstrated competence, technical capability, experience and consistent performance at SO1 level.
