Child Protection Conference Administrator
This is a hybrid with a requirement to work from different locations around Cardiff when needed, we are doing a lot more face to face conferences and need the staff to be flexible with travel, This key post is responsible for supporting and minute taking for a range of meetings in the Safeguarding and Reviewing Service.
Administrator This is to include convening meetings and booking meetings when necessary.
Administrator You must be able to accurately summarise complex data and work with highly sensitive and emotive information in a confidential, professional manner. You will have good written and verbal communication skills, be experienced in working to agreed standards and deadlines and will have made a positive contribution to teamwork. Also important are flexible approach to work, recent office experience teamwork and interpersonal skills. Minute taking takes place on a laptop. In addition to minute taking skills you will need excellent organisational skills, be able to use Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook). Hybrid working but based at County Hall - mostly will be at home but driving preferable due to CP conferences being face to face sometimes, and also an expectation to come into the office once every 2 weeks on a rota system.
