Rate Recruitment have partnered with an ITP in Somerset who are looking to appoint an Operations & Quality Manager on a permanent basis. You will design, build and continually improve the operational systems that enable the provider to deliver exceptional learning and apprenticeship programmes, with three days onsite in Somerset and two days remote.
This role focuses on removing complexity, improving processes and supporting growth, including planning, systems, administration, delivery.
