Rate Recruitment have partnered with a public sector organisation in West London who are looking to appoint an Application Support Analyst (MIS). The role will involve working onsite every day with the possibility of 1 day a week remote after passing probation. The starting salary is £34,878 - £37,035 with great holiday allowance and pension contributions.

Providing 1st- and 2nd-line support, ensuring all incidents and service requests are logged, prioritised, updated, and resolved within agreed timescales. Escalate complex issues to suppliers or internal specialists and maintain accurate records, identifying recurring problems and contributing to improvements in systems, processes, and documentation.

Support user onboarding and access management, including account creation, basic MIS guidance, and updates to knowledge-base materials. Experience with SQL, SSRS, Python, and Powershell would be essential.
