Key Responsibilities
- Reports to the Sales Director and the Sales Department.
- Services existing accounts, obtains orders, and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work.
- Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports.
- Provides pre‑sales technical assistance and product education.
- Attends trade shows, conferences and other events for the company.
- Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems.
- Establishes and develops positive business and customer relationships.
- Working in CRM software.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) in Mechanical Engineering.
- 2-4 years experience in the field.
