The Creative Team at TransferGo plays a crucial role in shaping how our brand connects with customers. We craft compelling visual stories across digital channels, making money transfers simple, engaging, and fun. This role will be instrumental in producing performance-driven motion content, working closely with brand, growth, and product teams to elevate our paid advertising and product storytelling efforts.

Here’s what you’ll be doing as a Senior Motion Designer:

  • Design-first approach: Create visually compelling and brand-aligned designs that incorporate motion where needed.
  • Motion & brand storytelling: Develop motion assets that enhance our brand identity and storytelling across digital platforms.
  • Brand evolution: Contribute to the continuous evolution of our visual language, ensuring consistency and impact across all brand touchpoints.
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and content teams to bring campaigns to life through exceptional design and motion.
  • Creative ownership: Manage your own projects from concept to execution, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality output.
  • Concept development: Translate strategic briefs into engaging visual concepts that work across static and motion applications.
  • Brand asset management: Maintain and update brand assets, templates, and motion guidelines within our Brand Book.
  • Scalability: Adapt and extend design and motion elements across multiple platforms and touchpoints.

What We'll Be Looking For:

  • Strong expertise in graphic design principles, including composition, typography, colour, and layout.
  • Deep understanding of brand design and visual systems, ensuring consistency across multiple platforms.
  • Proven experience in motion design for brands, demonstrating the ability to bring static designs to life with animation.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard motion design tools (After Effects, Premiere Pro, etc.) and a strong working knowledge of Figma.
  • Ability to think conceptually and translate ideas into engaging designs and animations.
  • Strong grasp of motion brand guidelines, ensuring every animation aligns with the brand’s look and feel.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects independently, meeting deadlines without compromising on quality.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a hands-on approach to design challenges.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to present and justify creative decisions to stakeholders.
  • Bonus skills such as illustration, photography, 3D are always a plus!
