Rat & Boa is seeking a commercially minded Management Accountant to join our growing finance team in London. You will own the month-end close, drive management reporting and partner with non-finance stakeholders to enable fast decision-making in a founder-led fashion brand.
You will supervise an Accounts Assistant, drive process improvements in Xero, support budgeting cycles and maintain strong financial controls. Excellent Excel skills and ACCA/ACA/CIMA study support are advantageous.
