The Raspberry Pi Foundation aims to ensure that every young person develops the knowledge, skills, and confidence to use computers and digital technologies effectively - whether in school, in clubs, or at home - to solve problems and express themselves creatively. One way we achieve this is by providing high-quality, research-informed online learning products. These include Experience AI, a world leading AI literacy program for educators reaching an estimated 2.8 million students globally and the Code Club Projects site, used by Code Clubs around the world.

We are looking for a Programme Coordinator to support the development and delivery of our work. Working closely with Senior Learning Managers, you will support the development and enhancement of our products, helping to ensure their timely and effective delivery, as well as supporting events that promote and showcase these products. Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate activities and provide administrative support to the Learning Products team to ensure the effective delivery of agreed priorities and project milestones.
  • Organise internal and external meetings, including scheduling, distributing agendas and papers, taking minutes, and following up on agreed actions.
  • Support managers by ensuring timely access to relevant management information, including project status updates.
  • Support the processes through which the team collects and analyses user feedback, product usage data, and other relevant data to drive improvement - including collating and presenting reports.
  • Conduct pre-publication checks on new content and maintain product-specific publication standards.
  • Support testing activities for regular product releases, including carrying out regression testing in partnership with our partners at the University of Cambridge.
  • Support the planning and delivery of product-related events, including demos for teachers, student engagement activities, and focus group meetings.
  • Help ensure that the team is effectively using the Foundation's business systems, processes, project management tools, and productivity tools.
  • Provide user support and verification across learning products, addressing user queries and ensuring data accuracy.

  • Collaborative and comfortable working with cross-functional teams, including delivery partners and stakeholders.
  • Experience in project administration, including scheduling meetings, managing documentation, and tracking progress.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information clearly to a non-technical audience.
  • Ability to analyse and present data to support decision-making.
  • Confident in using a wide range of digital tools, including spreadsheets, project management software, and communication platforms.
