We are a growing HMO development and property investment company completing full refurbishments across Swansea. We are looking for a skilled Carpenter/Joiner to join our team for ongoing renovation work and general maintenance across multiple properties.
Role Responsibilities
- Carpentry & Joinery
- Installing & replacing floor joists
- Building timber stud partitions
- Hanging doors & fitting ironmongery
- Fitting kitchens & utilities
- Skirting, architraves, boxing-in
- Building cupboards, frames, trims, housing pipework
- Plasterboard fitting throughout
General Skills (Bonus)
- Basic plumbing (connecting waste, traps, feeds)
- Basic painting and decorating
- Ability to support general maintenance tasks across HMOs
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years' experience in carpentry/joinery or related trades
- Strong ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Full UK driving licence
- Good communication & reliability
- Experience working on full refurbishments is preferred
- Understanding of HMO layouts is a bonus
