This exciting role will see you work in an inspiring part of the world, motivating a team of passionate people while supporting and occasionally stepping in for the General Manager.
About You:
- Taking the helm when theGeneral Manager is away, you motivate team members to deliver their bestand ensure everything is running smoothly and efficiently.
- Creating a warm welcome toguests comes naturally to you, making every first impression count toensure experiences delight from the get-go.
- Keeping a watchful eye overcustomer feedback means your team is always adapting to maintain highstandards and improve where necessary.
- You go above and beyond toensure a consistently high level of service, supporting the full teamincluding Front and Back of House during peak times.
- You oversee the consistentproduction of a quality food offering and recognise the importance of theKitchen Team.
- Having a wealth of experiencein a similar role means you are able to recognise when team members needhelp and you’ll support where needed.
- A keen eye for detail meansyou keep all admin and cash management systems ticking along as theyshould, taking responsibility when the General Manager is away.
- You know health and safetyregulations like the back of your hand.
- Team members see you as aninspiring role model and know they can depend on you for support anddevelopment.
- You take pride andresponsibility for your own development, with an eye towards becoming aGeneral Manager one day.
