Qendra Ndërinstitucionale e Rrjetit Akademik Shqiptar shpall vendin vakant për pozicionin “Help Desk”. Pozicioni i punës si Help Desk ofron mbështetje dhe asistencë teknike për përdoruesit e softuereve, pajisjeve apo sistemeve të ndërtuara nga Departamenti i Zhvillimit në RASH. Si dhe, jep mbështetje e ndihmë në përfundimin e detyrave ose zgjidhjes së problemeve përmes testeve diagnostikuese edhe në qasjes në distancë nga kompjuterët e tyre.
Kerkohen kandidate qe kane perfunduar studimet Bachelor ne programe inxhinierike ose shkenca te natyres me njohuri/aftesi te mira kompjuterike. Kandidati/ja duhet të dëftojë se zotëron aftësitë e mëposhtme:
- Të njohjë mirë gjuhën angleze.
- Të ketë aftësi të mira kompjuterike dhe aftësia për të zgjidhur e diagnostikuar problemet.
- Të jetë i familjarizuar me të dy sistemet kompjuterike Windows dhe Mac si dhe me Hardwaret e tyre.
- Të ketë aftësi të mira për Shërbimin ndaj Klientit.
- Të ketë aftësi për të Komunikuar në mënyrë efektive për të ndihmuar përdoruesit të zgjidhin problematikat që ju shfaqen.
- Të jetë teknikisht i aftë të shkruaj e redaktojë azhornimin e manualeve.
- Të mundësojë trajnimin e përdoruesve me sistemet apo softueret e RASH.
- Të ndjekë çështjet së bashku me përdoruesit deri në zgjidhjen e plotë të tyre.
- Ndërtimi i raporteve për të analizuar ankesat dhe problemet e zakonshme.
- Hyrja në distancë te pajisjet kompjuterike ose softuerët për të bërë ndryshime dhe rregulluar problemet.
