What you will do...

  • Support the General Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations.
  • Lead and motivate the front-of-house team to deliver outstanding service.
  • Ensure all guests receive a warm welcome and an excellent dining experience.
  • Manage service flow by coordinating effectively with the kitchen and front-of-house teams.
  • Handle orders, billing, and payments accurately using the POS system.
  • Assist with staff scheduling, team training, and development.
  • Manage reservations and guest enquiries using OpenTable.
  • Support stock control, opening and closing procedures, and maintain high standards of cleanliness and organisation.

Who We’re Looking For...

  • Previous experience in a supervisory or assistant management role within hospitality.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
