What you will do...
- Support the General Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations.
- Lead and motivate the front-of-house team to deliver outstanding service.
- Ensure all guests receive a warm welcome and an excellent dining experience.
- Manage service flow by coordinating effectively with the kitchen and front-of-house teams.
- Handle orders, billing, and payments accurately using the POS system.
- Assist with staff scheduling, team training, and development.
- Manage reservations and guest enquiries using OpenTable.
- Support stock control, opening and closing procedures, and maintain high standards of cleanliness and organisation.

- Previous experience in a supervisory or assistant management role within hospitality.
