As we continue to scale nationally, we are expanding our sales team and inviting ambitious professionals to grow with us.
The Opportunity
We are recruiting 10 Business Sales Managers (part-time or full-time) across the UK. This is a home-based role with the opportunity to work face-to-face in your local area, building strong relationships with estate agents and bringing them on board to the Rare & Desirable platform.
The Role
- A minimum of 19 hours per week, paid, focused on outbound activity, lead generation, follow-ups, and pipeline building.
- Actively recruiting estate agents, onboarding them, and managing long-term relationships.
- You will earn exceptionally high commission on every successful sale generated through the agents you introduce and manage.
Earnings
- Uncapped income
- Base pay for proactive hours
- Very high commission per completed sale
