We are looking for a Senior Payments Legal Counsel. As a Senior Payments Legal Counsel at Rapyd, you will have an immediate impact in a variety of fields ranging from clients through partners to global deals. If you have a keen interest in learning about new technologies and areas of the law and a strong drive to understand and support business needs of an innovative company, read on!, * Review, draft, negotiate, and interpret a wide variety of commercial agreements including merchant agreements, payments partnership agreements, vendor agreements, marketing agreements and NDAs, and ensure that all commercial agreements adequately protect the company’s interests.

Review, draft, and negotiate agreements and business activities that comply with the company’s policies.

Provide general legal support to our global business on an as-needed basis.

6+ years (excluding internship) of relevant legal experience as an in-house lawyer in a legal department of a high-tech company or in the commercial/high-tech department of a top-tier law firm.

Experience working in the payments/banking sector is a must.

Experience working for or with global companies is a must.

Ability to manage several simultaneous projects under deadline pressure.

Excellent legal, business judgment and strategic thinking, team-player with outstanding attention to detail and organizational skills.
