We are seeking a highly motivated and results‑oriented Demand Generation Campaign Manager to join our Global Marketing team at a pivotal point in our growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the end‑to‑end planning, execution, optimization, and reporting of integrated marketing campaigns across various channels. You’ll play a crucial role in driving brand awareness, lead generation, customer engagement, and ultimately, achieving our business objectives through strategic campaign management and demand generation programs. You will own the execution of our demand generation programs for several key areas such as but not limited to thought leadership and research, key verticals, product lines, always on, and events to drive top‑line growth.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Strategy & Planning
- Develop comprehensive marketing campaign strategies aligned with overall marketing and business goals, target audience insights, and market trends.
- Define clear campaign objectives, key performance indicators (KPIs), and success metrics for each initiative.
- Collaborate with product, sales, and content teams to ensure campaign alignment with product launches, sales initiatives, and content calendars.
Campaign Execution & Management
- Lead the execution of multi‑channel marketing campaigns, including but not limited to email marketing, social media, paid advertising (PPC, display, social) and content marketing.
- Project manage the campaign lifecycle from conceptualization to launch and post‑campaign analysis in Monday.com.
- Manage campaign timelines, budgets, and resources effectively to ensure timely and on‑budget delivery.
Demand Generation
- Develop and execute measurable integrated demand programs that drive revenue and hit target metrics, including leads, pipeline, and high ROI campaigns.
- Utilize MarTech stack to enhance lead data for improved CRM hygiene and increased MQL quality.
Performance Monitoring & Optimization
- Monitor campaign performance against established KPIs on an ongoing basis.
- Work with MOPS to utilize marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and analytics tools to track, analyze, and report on campaign effectiveness.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement optimization strategies to maximize ROI and achieve campaign objectives.
- Generate regular performance reports and present insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
Collaboration & Communication
- Foster strong cross‑functional relationships with internal teams (sales, product, content, design, web development) to ensure seamless campaign execution and alignment.
- Manage external agencies and vendors as needed to support campaign initiatives.
- Work collaboratively across the go‑to‑market organization to align and communicate programs.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a fast‑paced, B2B multichannel demand generation environment, scaling demand gen programs for all parts of the funnel.
- Able to work in fast paced work environment and juggling both short and long term priorities along with daily demands.
- Data driven individual who develops shared measurement and tracking of demand generation programs for marketing and sales.
- Creativity to build innovative programs that engage prospects and optimize marketing dollars.
- Excellent communicator with proven ability to clearly convey complex ideas and data in written, presentation and spoken formats to a variety of audiences.
- Proven record of partnering with sales to meet or exceed pipeline and revenue targets.
- Team player with cross‑functional project leadership skills.
- Extremely organized and driven to achieve results.
- Bonus points for experience with Hubspot.
