I am working with an international business to recruit a Delivery Manager for a major global workforce transformation programme.
This fully remote, UK-based role will take ownership of the Pay & Bill workstream, covering global payroll, billing, systems integration, data migration and operational change.
You will manage multiple concurrent projects across payroll automation, time and attendance, expenses, leave management and multi-currency invoicing.
You will lead cross-functional teams, manage suppliers, oversee plans, budgets, risks and dependencies, and ensure the business is ready for each go-live.
- What you need to succeed
- Essential experience delivering global payroll change across multiple countries
- Strong technology programme or project delivery experience
- Knowledge of payroll, statutory compliance and multi-currency processing
- Experience of systems integration, data migration, testing and cutover
- Strong RAID, budget, dependency and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working across Agile, waterfall or hybrid environments
- PRINCE2, MSP, PMP or Agile qualifications would be beneficial
