A technology driven business in the East Ipswich area is looking for a Development Support Engineer to join its team. This is a varied technical role supporting complex web-based software. In your new position you will act as a key technical contact for customers which will see you triaging customer issues, providing technical support on their application and working to find bugs. Alongside this you will also play an active role in understanding new client requirements, helping to deliver new customer implementations and supporting the development team with testing.

To be successful it is likely that you will have:

  • A good technical understanding of SQL and scripting languages
  • An interest in AI (experience of cursor would be advantageous)
  • Excellent communication skills
